The hotel is located just 15-25 minutes walk from the Colosseum, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, and only 5 minutes walk from the main Termini train station.In the area, there are also two of the four major Basilicas in Rome: St. Maria degli Angeli and St. Maria Maggiore.

- By Airport Shuttle or Public Transport - Take a bus and metro line "A" to the main Termini Station.
The B&B is 5 minutes walk from Termini main station. If your luggage is not too heavy, it is a nice walk!
Remarks
Our reception is open daily from 08:00-16:00. However, we are happy to receive guests at any hour if you tell us your approximate arrival time. The latest time to check-in is 20:00. After this hour an extra fee of EUR 15 will be charged, to be paid in cash on arrival.American Express/Diners Club credit cards are not accepted.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
