Short description
NEW!Situated in the heart of Venice, just 20 metres from the famous Fenice Theatre, the hotel is only 200 metres from Saint Mark's Square.
Also just a short walk away along some lovely Venetian alleys you will find the beautiful Grand Canal. With many waterbus stops situated along the canal you can easily reach the train station, other parts of Venice and the surrounding islands.
All rooms are decorated in a Baroque style and are equipped with various modern amenities including air conditioning and an en suite bathroom.
Tourists information
From Marco Polo Venice's Airport: there are three ways:By Water Taxi:
This will take you straight to the hotel (most expensive).
By Boat:
- Take the Alilaguna boat from the airport to St. Mark's square.
- From there you have a 10 minute walk towards the La Fenice Theatre, leave the theatre on your left and continue staright, the hotel is on your right just after a little bridge.
By Bus:
- Take the ATVO shuttle (blue coach) to Piazzale Roma Bus Terminal, or you can get a public bus from the airport to Piazzale Roma (Line number 5, orange bus).
From Piazzale Roma Bus Terminal or Train Station:
By Waterbus (Vaporetto):
- Take the number one and get off at Rialto Bridge waterbus station or at Sant Angelo waterbus station and follow the indications to La Fenice theatre, the hotel is on the left just before a little bridge.
By Water Taxi:
This will take you straight to the hotel.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
If modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
