The beauty of the waterfront of Cove Battistoni is visible from the hotel. There are 62 air conditioned double rooms, equipped with bathroom and shower, and some rooms feature minibar and safe. They feature external entry and some reach onto the bay of Porto Sole or the garden. The facilities of the hotel include an ample hall, TV room and an American Bar, as well as a restaurant with a panoramic terrace. All of the areas in the hotel are air conditioned.

The restaurant has a panoramic terrace, dominating the whole Gulf of Arzachena, seating for 200 people, and is completely air conditioned. The restaurant is highlighted by its methodical service and good food made with fresh ingredients. The kitchen offers a very rich variety of traditional Galluresi, regional, national and international dishes, all accompanied by wines from the famous Sardinian wine cellars.You can also enjoy a breakfast buffet in the restaurant and at lunch and dinner, the menu has a choice of 4 first service dishes and 4 second service dishes, as well as hors d’oeuvres, vegetable buffet and dessert. The restaurant menu is always available to satisfy all of your wishes and for your excursions, a packed lunch can be organised on request.

Baja Sardinia is located on the Gulf of Arzachena, around 30 km from Olbia. Named Battistoni in ancient time, taken from the name of a custodian of situated military buildings on the high ground, Baja Sardinia was built by a group of Italian entrepreneurs, following the boom of the Costa Smeralda. By Car:- From Olbia Airport and Port, follow the signs for Costa Smeralda-Porto Cervo via SS 125.
- At the first roundabout, turn right for Porto Cervo-Baja Sardinia-San Pantaleo.
- After 10 km, you will come to the junction for Portisco, where you go straight on for San Pantaleo-Arzachena.
- Beyond the village, proceed down for 4 km until the next crossroad, where you turn left for Arzachena-Baja Sardinia and after 1 km, turn right for Baja Sardinia.
- After 6 km, you will find the hotel, just at the entrance of Baja Sardinia.

The car park is located at the hotel.
