Surrounded by flourishing vegetation spread over a 20,000 m² park, this residence, built in 2002, is located right by the sea on La Playa.The hotel is structured as a semicircle on 2 floors with 123 twin/double rooms, all with charming balconies.
Within the gardens is the swimming pool, open from the end of the spring until the start of the autumn, surrounded by a wide sunbathing area. During the summer season, guests can also benefit from the hotel’s private beach of fine golden sand, located nearby.

By Train:From Catania Central Train Station:
- Follow the signs to Porto-Lidi Playa and you will reach Via Dusmet.
- Along this street, you will find the arches of the old railway; turn left and pass under them.
- Follow the road keeping the water front on your left-hand side.
- After 1 km you will reach Viale Kennedy/Lidi Playa; the hotel is on the right-hand side.
By Plane:
From Catania Airport:
- Leaving the airport, follow the signs to Catania Centro.
- When you reach a roundabout, follow the route Lidi Playa and you will reach Viale Kennedy. The hotel is on the right-hand side.
By Car:
From the A18 Messina motorway:
- After the tollbooth, leave the motorway and continue straight on until you reach the Tangenziale (it is indicated by a green road sign).
- Follow it until the Catania–Aereoporto–Porto– Centro exit and then follow the signs to the hotel.
From the A19 Palermo motorway:
- Leave the motorway at the 2nd exit to Catania Tangenziale.
- Drive towards Porto-Areoporto and take the Catania-Porto exit, then follow the signs to the hotel.
From the 114 Siracusa state road:
- Follow the road up to the intersection in the direction of Catania.
- On the right-hand side you will find a sign to Viale Kennedy-Lidi Playa; the hotel is after 2 km, on the left-hand side.
